THE TUBE (week 8)

Today is the start of the second quarter. Our new challenge  is getting our robot to drop a ball into a tube either manually or autonomously. If we do it autonomously we only have to do it once but if we do it manually we have to do it twice in under a minute.

Today we were working on programming the arm its self. The codes weren't that hard after we figured it out. It was simple we added another motor and its basically like programming the wheels but instead with the arm you have to choose which bottom you wan to place it on and chance the speed in which the arm is going to be moving on.

Today Dylan, Adrian, and I have FINALLY learned how to code a robot. Thomas and i will try our luck once more at the tube challenge. We were unsuccessful last class but i'm confident that we will get it this time. Dylan and Adrian are trying to code they're robot for the tetrahedron challenge praying they get it this time. Once they finish Thomas and I will help them with the tube challenge so that we are all on the same page. ``

almost Christmas break (week 16)

Today Thomas began testing our robot to see if it was able to do the challenge that we have. Thankfully it is able to complete the challenge. The only problem is that it has to finish it a little faster. At the same time Dylan and Adrian are working on blogs which we will finally be caught up by the end of the day.
