Fixing our mistakes. (week 6)

We have now removed the medium gears for large ones and moved the large gears down on the arm to make sure it fits. We can now move the arm again and are ready to program. I believe we should be able to complete the challenge by next class.

Coming off of thanksgiving break can be rough sometimes. To start the week off Thomas and I are going to start testing our code for the tube challenge. Adrian and Dylan are working on the code for the tetrahedron challenge. As a whole we're catching up on blogs and trying to knock these challenges out of the park.

Re structuring the chassis ( Week 15 )

We are restructuring the robots chassis to get better weight proportion. Because the robot tends to fall forward because all the weight of the hand and everything is more towards the front. We have now added rubber bands to help the robot arm stay up. Lastly, we moved the arm back to steady the robot as a whole We are trying to get it more towards the front ^

Programming the arm (week 5)

Today we were working on programming the arm its self. The codes weren't that hard after we figured it out. It was simple we added another motor and its basically like programming the wheels but instead with the arm you have to choose which bottom you wan to place it on and chance the speed in which the arm is going to be moving on.
